Stockport-based Recruitment specialists, Odin, are celebrating this month as they reach their sixth anniversary.
Following the company’s launch in 2016, Odin’s gone from strength to strength. From MD Paul, operating alone from his kitchen table to a now 10-strong team which has already had to move to larger offices to accommodate everyone, the business has even more plans for expansion during 2023.
The business currently specialises in Telecoms/Structure Cabling, various areas within Engineering and also Industrial and Driving. Paul comments “I’d like to say luck has played a part in our success but in truth, it’s been down to a lot of hard work and commitment from the team. It’s a real family feel and we’re all excited to see the business develop. We’re also very traditional in the way we work with our clients and candidates – we’re super down to earth, but also believe in good old-fashioned customer care. Our culture and philosophy have worked for us so far, and we hope they continue to do so for the next six years, and beyond.”
Odin Recruitment’s sixth birthday will coincide with the revealing of a new and improved website. And as we head into the new year, Paul and his leadership team are discussing the possibility of a second office move to support their growth plans. He adds, “I’d like to thank everyone who’s played a part in Odin’s journey so far. The team have been integral to our success (our three office dogs included!) and we are extremely grateful to all our candidates and clients who we’ve built some great relationships with.”
