17th February 2023 marked Random Acts of Kindness Day.
So, we thought it was the perfect time to spread some kindness and support a local good cause we recently heard about.
Members of Team ODIN donated ‘bed bundle’ items to Zarach Hub Stockport – an organisation partnering with Chelwood Foodbank to tackle bed poverty. The Hub provides underprivileged children with bed bundles to avoid sleep deprivation and ensure every child has an equal opportunity to perform well in school.
We were proud to drop off:
· 144 Bedtime story Books
· Baby blankets
· Fitted sheets for single beds and moses baskets
· 7 Teddies
· 6 Single bedding sets
· 6 Single duvets
· 6 Pillows
· 6 Pyjamas
· Pairs of slipper socks and slippers
· Knitted Cardigans/jumpers
We really hope they help children in need in our local community.
