Multi Skilled Engineer

Our leading food manufacturer with several sites situated across the UK is looking for skilled electrical and mechanical engineers to support the Engineer Manager. As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, and ensure standards are met. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM, Reactive Maintenance on fast paced industrial machinery

• Electrical Breakdowns and Repairs

• Fault-finding on both Electrical and Mechanical issues

• Adhering to Health & Safety on site at all times

• Working within a Skilled Team

• Reporting into the Maintenance Manager

• PLC fault-finding

• Participate in continuous improvement projects, installations etc

 • Lots of internal & external training & development opportunities

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Time-Served Electrical Maintenance Engineering Experience

• HNC/ ONC/ HND Qualified or equivalent

• FMCG Engineering Background Preferred

 • Fault finding ability electrically, with high voltage experience

 • Motivated to work in a team environment

• Proven experience and driven to work in a fast-paced environment
