Data Cabling Engineer (Contract – 2 Weeks) | Festival Setup | Kendal

🛠 Role Overview:

We’re seeking experienced cabling engineers to assist in the installation of temporary structured cabling across the festival site. This role will primarily involve outdoor work, including:

• Installation of copper cabling
• Fibre optic cable runs
• CCTV cabling and basic setup
• Working across a busy, dynamic festival environment

📍 Location: Kendal

📆 Duration: 2 weeks (Exact dates TBC, likely late spring/early summer)
💼 Type: Contract / Freelance
💷 Rate: Competitive day rate (based on experience)

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience with structured data cabling (copper & fibre)
• Familiarity with outdoor installations and working in temporary/fast-paced environments
• Experience with CCTV cabling is a big plus
• Own tools and PPE preferred
• CSCS or ECS card beneficial
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
