Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical

Days Monday to Friday 8-4

Our leading FMCG manufacturer with several sites situated across the UK is looking for a skilled mechanical engineer to support the Engineer Manager overseeing reactive and planned maintenance to ensure high standards are met. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance on fast paced industrial machinery

• Electrical Breakdowns and Repairs

• Fault-finding on both Mechanical issues

• Adhering to Health & Safety on site at all times

• Working within a Skilled Team

• ARC welding beneficial

• Participate in continuous improvement projects, installations etc

• 1 in 3 weeks on call

• Reporting into the Engineering Manager

Knowledge and Skills Required Electrical:

• Time-Served Electrical Maintenance Engineering Experience

• HNC/ HND Qualified, NVQ level 4 or equivalent

• FMCG Engineering Background Preferred

• Proven experience and driven to work in a fast-paced environment
